We have been made aware of collation issues with Empire at War, and can only apologise to those of you who have had problems. Although the majority of boxes have had reasonable distribution, we appreciate that this is no consolation for those of you that received product with incorrect distribution. As we announced on the forums, please make sure that if you have had problems you contact customer services at customerservice@alderac.com
This will also allow us to continue to work with our printing partners to make sure that we do our best to resolve things in the future.
In recognition of these issues, all koku from booster packs of Empire at War will be valued at 10 koku instead of 1, as long as they are submitted after 6th October 2010 and before 28th January 2011. This will count for both rares requested from the Imperial Assembly and any koku-related activities or promotions. We hope this will go some way towards making access to rare cards easier for you.
In order for the koku to count, the koku must be clearly identifiable as having come from an Empire at War wrapper, either by including the entire wrapper or clipping such that the logo of the expansion is still attached. Any koku that is not identifiable as from Empire at War will be treated as only worth the normal 1 koku. This redemption value applies only to the koku from Empire at War booster packs.
