Forgotten Legacy Special: Packaging

Direct to Player sets are the occasion for us to treat our customers with cool packaging in addition to the cards and with Forgotten Legacy, we went out of our way to create both a practical and amazingly good looking box for you. You can see the different components and a brief explanation after the jump!

The box itself is fully illustrated (with art from the set) and can hold up to 6 sleeves decks of L5R, giving a new size option for our players that have more than 4 decks built at the same time, or allowing those who want to carry their deck and their trades in the same box to do so.

You might have noticed on the previous picture there is a katana in its saya on the side of the box. When you open the box, the saya reveals the blade of the katana, giving you the feel of unsheathing a samurai sword every time you open your box to play a game of L5R!

When you receive it, the box will hold the 2 pack of cards making up the set, and a story book, which will be the object of a more in depth preview as we draw closer to the release of the product.

But underneath the cards, there is more! A silken scroll will unveil the first secret of the Emperor Edition Storyline and a secret compartment hidden in the handle of the katana (that can be pulled out easily) will allow you to carry the accessories you always cannot fit in your box of cards: tokens, dice and even an honor counter!

Check our dedicated Forgotten Legacy page for all the card previews and the links to all the special announcements regarding this groundbreaking set!
