War of Honor banned list update

In her infinite wisdom, the Child of the Heavens, long may she reign, has decided to add another card to the list of banned cards for War of Honor. Dove Tattoo is now officially banned for War of Honor tournaments. Her previous message to the Samurai of Rokugan has been updated to reflect her new wishes, and it can be permanently found here. Thank you.
