Hello citizens of Rokugan and the Colonies!

It is with great pride and joy that the Imperial Bank of Rokugan announces that we will be opening up our coffers in order to offer to you all some of the rare cards from the Emperor Edition base set! The new Cards for Koku will be going live at 10AM PST on Friday, May 18th, 2012 . Thank you all for your support of the Imperial Bank, and of her most gracious Empress Iweko I.
