Effective October 11th, the following cards will receive the following errata:
Basic Lesson – It will now negate your Stronghold’s straightening for the remainder of the turn when you use its Limited action.
Low Market – It will no longer reduce an attachment’s gold cost below 1.
Library of Rebirth – The reaction now requires your Shugenja to be opposed.
Effective October 5th, the following card will receive the following errata:
Isawa Momoko – She now only ignores the bowing costs.
The first three errata are issued to address problems of gold acceleration in the environment. With these changes, they maintain their intended purposes while removing much of their abuse in blitz decks whose soul desire is to get as many free, permanent resources as they can. The change to Isawa Momoko brings her in line with her intended use, which is to say she ignores bowing costs, and not costs which removed themselves from the game, such as Capturing the Soul.
We do not issue errata lightly, but feel that these cards were in need of fixing in order to preserve the best tournament and casual playing experience possible.
