Dear L5R Players,

Today, the application process opens for the 2013 Kotei Season. You can find the information sheet located HERE.

We are doing some new things this year, so you will want to read over the information sheet completely before proceeding to the Kotei Application Webform (URL located in the Information Sheet document).

We hope you are as excited as we are for this upcoming Kotei Season, and we are looking forward to receiving your applications!
