Today we unveil another set of 2  Minor Clan personalities that can be chosen by the Top of Clan players in Worlds’ Main Event this coming weekend!

Tsi Hayamizu, the Hand of Steel

Ever few in number, the Oriole are known as a clan of remarkable smiths and artisans, and Tsi Hayamizu is no exception. Hayamizu is unusually well rounded for a member of his clan, however and is known both as a skilled combatant and a gifted orator and poet. That is, of course, if one can entice him to speak, which is something of a rarity. Hayamizu’s work is celebrated particularly for the combination of traits he brings to his work. Each of his magnificently crafted items is accompanied by a poem, and is carefully tested in battle prior to its use to ensure that it is worthy to be wielded by another. Hayamizu has often been called upon to present his creations in person, which he resists as much as possible.

Morito Inoue, the Scourge of the Plains

Long ago, when he was little more than a child, Morito Inoue rode with bandits. He was a merciless warrior, a terror to those who were subject to his predations. And then the Destroyer War came, and Inoue turned his wrath not against his kinsmen but instead against their mutual enemies among the gaijin horde. The man called the Scourge of the Plains was a terrible foe indeed, and even the accursed Destroyers were said to fear him. In the wake of the war, Inoue was forgiven for his crimes and welcomed home as a hero by a clan that desperately needed as many able-bodied samurai as it could muster. In the decades since, Inoue has risen to be a military leader of some renown among the Ox Clan, although there are some who still bear a grudge against his former deeds. It is perhaps for this reason that Inoue has found himself seconded to the Minor Clan Alliance, but he is no less dreadful an opponent for all that.

Nicolas is the Brand Manager of the Legend of the Five Rings CCG. He has been playing L5R since Imperial Edition. His first purchase was a Phoenix starter but he quickly traded for a Crane one and has never looked back, even though playing corrupt Crane since Gold Edition has led him to giving Shadowlands and Spider a try on various occasions.
