As the only
Great Clan obviously free of Bloodspeaker control, the Emperor relied upon the Dragon heavily to keep peace
during Iuchiban’s uprising. As a result, Dragon Samurai, Shugenja & Monks have been more visible throughout
the Empire than they have in many generations. The Dragon interfered in the War of the Rich Frog, earning
enemies among the Unicorn and Lion. Though the Dragon have worked quickly to repair relations with the
Unicorn, the Lion have not been so forgiving. Rumors from the mountains of the Dragon report that the Clan
Champion has not been seen in public for many days, although his voice continues to guide the great families
of the Dragon with wisdom and purpose.
