AEG is proud to announce that the location of the 2012 World Championships of L5R has been selected. You are all welcome to join us from October 12 to 14 in the wonderful city of Barcelona, Spain to participate in a momentous event. Congratulations to José Luis Tagarro (Unicorn) for his win in the European Championship’s Main Event – The Ivory Champion. He defeats Victor Diaz (Unicorn) in the finals 2-1. Juan Palomo Cisnero (Crab) and Irish local Andrew Gordon (Mantis) complete the top 4. You can read all about the event and its many tournaments and even read a play by play of the finals on the Events forum.
Dublin received an unprecedented amount of rain yesterday and as such, the venue has flooded. Please see this discussion for important information regarding where the event will be taking place. Thank you.
Just a quick reminder that the European Championships are only a little more than a week away, starting Friday, October 28th and finishing Sunday, October 30th. So make those last minute travel arrangements and visit beautiful Ireland.
As a special treat, those in attendance will get to hear Bryan Reese announce, for the first time, the project that he has been working on for close to two years that will be launching with Emperor Edition. Keep your ears pointed to Dublin for more information.
AEG is glad to announce that the 2011 European Championships will be held in the city of Dublin, Ireland.
The event will be organized by Eoin Burke, one of the most accomplished Tournament Organizer in Europe, and his team.
