The Child of the Heavens, her Divine Empress Iweko the First, has declared that she wishes for the residents of Lost Traveler Castle and Sunrise Keep to be allowed to enter the War of Honor tournaments, now and forever forth.

Like the residents of all who do not have a Clan Alignment, in the tournament these players shall use the tiles which are aligned to no clan, also known as the Ronin tiles.

That is all the Divine Child wishes to impart upon her people for now.
