Honorable samurai of the Empire,
The Kakita Artisan Academy will hold a special contest during the month of Shiba. Every samurai that wishes can come to the Academy and have the chance to demonstrate his knowledge to the Empire. The series of questions asked during the entire month will encompass all aspects of Rokugan, and of the Academy as well.
The winner of this contest will bring great honor to his Clan.

In September, get ready for a full month of trivia about L5R (but also on AEG itself) on the official forums and also on Facebook. You will find below the specifics of each contest.
Forums Trivia
Every day in September 2010, question(s) will be asked on the AEG official forums.
The first person who answers the question correctly will score 2 points. The second person will score 1 point.
At the end of September, a tally for each account will be made, and a top 4 will be declared. Ties will be broken by number of first answers.
- The winner will gain 4 Honor points he can keep for his Clan, or give to the Empire
- Runner up will gain 2 Honor points for his Clan
- 3rd and 4th place will gain 1 Honor point each for their respective Clans

Facebook Trivia
Every non weekend days in September, a single question will be asked on the L5R Facebook page.
First two correct answers on each weekday advance to the finals. Once we have 32 qualified accounts, the finals can begin.
During the finals, each day will qualify half the field still in the finals (by quickest correct answers order), getting us a final head to head match between only 2 Facebook accounts.
The finals will run across 2 days, in a best of 7 format (the winner will be the first to 4 quickest correct answers)
- The winner will gain 4 Honor points he can keep for his Clan, or give to the Empire
- Runner up will gain 2 Honor points for his Clan
- 3rd and 4th place will gain 1 Honor point each for their respective Clans
